Models registered with Next Preview Models are expected to:

• Conduct themselves professionally at all times.

• Adhere to the specific requirements and guidelines.

• Notify the agency promptly if any issues arise.

5. Intellectual Property

• The intellectual property rights in all photographic and video content, appearances, and all other materials created remain the property of the agency or its clients.

• Models may be granted limited rights for personal promotion, subject to the terms negotiated by the agency.

6. Confidentiality

Models must agree to keep all proprietary information confidential unless expressly authorized by the agency or required by law.

7. Termination

• The agency reserves the right to terminate any model who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct detrimental to the interests of the agency or its clients.

8. Indemnity

Models agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Preview Models and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from their breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by the agency will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association or another agreed-upon arbitrator.

10. Amendments

Next Preview Models reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on the agency’s website and will take effect immediately. Continued association with the agency following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
